RETURN AND REFUND

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

Certain types of goods are exempt from return.

Perishable items such as food and seeds / live plants cannot be returned.

 

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds can be granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item returned more than 15 days after receipt.

If the item you received is defective when it arrived at your place, please contact us and send us pictures for proof on our email address info@fishkingdom.fr. 

If you want a refund, you will be refunded the full amount without having to return the product to us défectueux. If you wish to have a replacement, we will send you a new product at our own expenses.

If you are returning an item simply because you do not like it or it does not meet your expectations, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Once the product has been received, we will send you an email to confirm it. After examining the item and checking that it is not damaged or used, we will get back to you.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within 5-7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Delivery charges are not refundable.

 

 

If you are shipping an item over EUR 50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
